Collebello is produced from organically farmed Sangiovese grapes combined with a limited quantity of other complementary varieties. The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards located in cooler areas.

After a mild and wet winter the season started early. A hot summer led to ideal maturation of the grapes. A season with ideal growing conditions.
