Located on the first floor, the apartment has a lounge with fireplace, kitchen with bright living area, a double bedroom with private bathroom, two other double bedrooms and a single bedroom, bathroom. A service bathroom is also available.
The apartment is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, TV, wi-fi.
The rent includes: kitchen, bed, and bathroom linen, complimentary bathroom products, a mid-week change of bathroom linen (for weekly rentals), pool towels, final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, use of the garden and swimming pool (May–October), Wi-Fi, some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, etc.), and a discount on our cooking classes.
Upon request and at an additional cost, breakfast and cleaning services during the stay can be arranged.
Guests have free access to the common rooms, the Italian-style garden, and the outdoor swimming pool.
