Upon reservation, guided tours for groups or individuals are available to explore the historic wine cellar, the cloister, and the elegant frescoed refectory, not to mention the harmony of the monumental Italian-style garden. The cooking classes, founded by Lorenza de’ Medici, offer the opportunity to discover the secrets of our chefs, who will guide guests through the preparation of renowned recipes from Tuscan and Italian cuisine.

We enter the kitchen of the Villa after a tour of Coltibuono. Simply by following the teachings of the cooks and putting our “hands in the dough”, we will prepare a complete menu. The dishes prepared are tasted paired with Badia a Coltibuono wines in the Villa’s dining room.
Duration 4-5 hours
Three-course lunch at the Badia a Coltibuono restaurant (starter or first course, second course, dessert) and three paired wines to taste. Full menu of water and coffee.

An intense two-day course to experiment and learn four different menus, living among them walls of the Villa.
The lessons are held by Coltibuono cooks. We will learn to prepare bread, breadsticks, various focaccias, various types of handmade pasta, traditional family second courses, desserts. Simple and tasty recipes based on seasonal, local and organic ingredients.
Includes 3 nights in a Classic Room with garden view, breakfast and welcome dinner.
