Apartment located on the 1st floor with living room, kitchen with fireplace, a passage room leading to the double bedroom with a view of the Italian garden, bathroom. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to a single bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with: oven, fridge, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, TV, wi-fi.

The rent includes: kitchen, bed, and bathroom linen, complimentary bathroom products, a mid-week change of bathroom linen (for weekly rentals), pool towels, final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, use of the garden and swimming pool (May–October), Wi-Fi, some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, etc.), and a discount on our cooking classes.
Upon request and at an additional cost, breakfast and cleaning services during the stay can be arranged.
Guests have free access to the common rooms, the Italian-style garden, and the outdoor swimming pool.
