Giornate FAI d’Autunno

On Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, we will open the doors of the ancient monastery founded by Vallombrosan monks in 1051, inviting you on guided tours to discover its secrets and curiosities. It is a historic site in the Chianti region where viticulture originated in Etruscan times and which, two thousand years later, remains a center of excellence for Chianti Classico wines.

History, architecture, culture, and winemaking blend together in this magical spot in the Upper Chianti, where the Stucchi Prinetti family—the estate’s current owners—produce the acclaimed wines of Badia a Coltibuono.
