Located on the first floor, it consists of a large and bright living room overlooking the Italian garden, kitchenette, a double bedroom overlooking the eighteenth-century courtyard and private bathroom, a second double bedroom overlooking the garden and a single bedroom served by a large bathroom with tub.
The apartment is equipped with: oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, TV, wi-fi.

The rent includes: kitchen, bed, and bathroom linen, complimentary bathroom products, a mid-week change of bathroom linen (for weekly rentals), pool towels, final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, use of the garden and swimming pool (May–October), Wi-Fi, some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, etc.), and a discount on our cooking classes.
Upon request and at an additional cost, breakfast and cleaning services during the stay can be arranged.
Guests have free access to the common rooms, the Italian-style garden, and the outdoor swimming pool.
