Alla Scoperta dei sapori toscani
A brief and intense program to experiment and learn, in two days of residency, four different menus, while living at the Villa. Lessons are held by Benedetta and the villa’s kitchen cooks. We teach bread making, breadsticks, focaccia (flat bread), different types of handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, greens, vegetables, legumes, cereals, olive oil and understanding our wines. Ingredients are local and organic. Recipes are easily reproduced at home, suitable for friends and family members on special occasions.
