Tastings of Chianti Classico and tastings of Tuscan PGI extra virgin olive oil with homemade Schiacciata. Live an experience within the walls of Coltibuono, enjoying the recipes in the family restaurant, or spending a day in our cooking school.
Upon reservation, guided tours for groups or individuals are available to explore the historic wine cellar, the cloister, and the elegant frescoed refectory, not to mention the harmony of the monumental Italian-style garden. The cooking classes, founded by Lorenza de’ Medici, offer the opportunity to discover the secrets of our chefs, who will guide guests through the preparation of renowned recipes from Tuscan and Italian cuisine.
