Cancelli Toscana I.g.t. 2016
Cancelli IGT is made from a blend of Sangiovese and others varieties. Very pleasing when young, it has great potential for improvement with cellaring. This blend of grape varieties was specifically developed to obtain a quality wine suitable for everyday use.
The grape selection takes place in vineyards that are most suited to the production of young wines.

Vinification: The selected grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. It then undergoes a brief period of refinement in the bottle before being put on the market

After a mild and wet winter the season started early. A hot summer led to ideal maturation of the grapes. A season with ideal growing conditions.
Purplish color, intense, with violet tinges. Spices, black pepper, cherry and floral notes in the aroma. Fresh, velvety and with good length, with berry, mineral and rusty flavors
