Restaurant

Our directly managed restaurant works mainly with local products whose origin is known and, when possible, organic. We like recipes that evoke past memories and traditions and we like the lightness of modern cuisine. We are inspired by culinary traditions from all over Italy because we think that food shouldn’t travel too much but ideas absolutely do.
